An excellent service that also provided a solution to my problem of a jammed parking brake. Nytrider is a qualified mechanic and he was able to release the parking brake and di this at no extra charge. the car.... Another great service was that he kept to his schedules and updated progress at all times... Great Service!

Excellent communication and provides me with a peace of mind. Richard was friendly and professional. Moving my car to Newcastle wasn't an easy task and in the dead of winter, but they managed to deliver it the very next day despite some unforseen issues.

Outstanding in every respect! Richard was in constant contact with us throughout the whole process, from arranging collection to unloading the vehicle. Truly a service that goes the extra mile, extending even to sleeping in his 4x4 overnight in order to pick up the car early on the morning of delivery. We would recommend him without hesitation!

Thanks Richard, a really professional job. Richard kept to our agreed timescales, giving regular progress updates. On arrival, “Nytrider” took extreme care in loading and securing the vehicle. Delivery was the same experience, first checking the best drop-off location on site. Overall a brilliant service!

I messed up the transfer of money to the dealer and really put Richard in a difficult situation, he made sure everything was all ok without making a big deal, delivered the vehicle totally smoothly. Such a great guy, gentleman and trustworthy. You're damned right Id recommend him to everyone!

What a great guy! Would recommend him highly for any type of transport for your vehicles/items. He was fast, efficient and went the extra mile to ensure we got our item in time and quickly. He kept us updated along the whole way, provided us with photographs and feedback on the collected item. He was such a great guy, even slept in his car to make sure he got the item to us as quick as he could. Honestly could not fault him, any deliveries going forward for me and my family, will ALL be going via him.
